    providing strategic direction and practical implementation support,  in a way that clarifies
    purpose, ignites passion, and releases power.

Our Team
    For almost 15 years we have been operating as Lifespan. For over 30 years, we have been
    providing strategic focus, renewed courage and confidence, and practical tools to individuals
    and groups in business, nonprofit, ministry, family, and community contexts.  Our varied
    and complementary skills and experience bring a powerful combination of relational,
    analytical, and planning wisdom as we serve clients.

    Bruce Boydell - Over 30 years of marketplace professional experience in business, education,
    and nonprofit sectors.  University degrees in engineering, operations research, and business
    administration. Active duty military experience.  Church and ministry leadership. More than
    50 consulting and coaching situations.

    Joan Boydell - Over 30 years of experience as a teacher, counselor, and trainer.  More than
    18 years as senior executive of a growing nonprofit ministry organization. More than 13
    years as national and regional consultant for a network of over 1000 independent affiliated
    nonprofit centers serving women and families.
